I worked at this hospital for 1 month. It was an awful place to be at. The staff were so incredibly awful, especially to me when I just just starting and learning the ropes. The healcare assistants don’t care about the patients, they would yell at them occasionally. The staff were catty and talked bad about the other staff. The level of care is low. The manager just doesn’t care about anything- very unprofessional. Do NOT put your family in this home. Coming from someone who has worked in this facility.
Just the most awesome staff . Looking after my sister Lorraine with such care and dignity Its been such a huge shock and emotional Rollercoaster on the premises . The receptionist was just simply a guardian angel and showed the hubris and compassion that made the load that much more bearable. Thank-you all so much
