Worst Host Experience Ever – Avoid David at All Costs! I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about this awful experience. David, the host of this Airbnb, was a complete nightmare. First off there were issues with cleanliness (dead bats behind the living room couches), broken appliances, and general maintenance that had clearly been ignored. Amazing weekend! The lodge is huge and well equipped for big groups. The rules are very clear since the start of the engagement so if you dont agree with them is 100% on you to stay in the property. David was always fast and responsive with any questions we had. The entire group was happy with the lodge and the nice and quiet enviroment. This is our 2nd year using the lodge and we highly recommend it... for sure we will be there next year

This is an amazing and comfortable place, offers a big capacity to hung up. We went there in winter season and the house always was warm.

THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BANNED FROM ALL HOLIDAY PLATFORMS This is not a holiday home. dungeons. The host is psycho. If you deal with him, he will suck the blood out of you. very greedy, foul mothed and unfair. This guy should be banned from all platforms to post his property. He charged $5000 for stay and did not provided wood fire for the bonfire which cost $15 and he made big fuss about it. Imagine what kind of Idiot he is. We just held our extended family reunion weekend at Marmot Lodge for the fifth time in a row - it was great, as usual. Plenty of space for 20+ adults to eat, hang out and lounge, but also enough bedrooms that everyone has their private space to retreat to. The lodge is nice and warm and the kitchen comfortably serves us all. Great location and close to cute pubs and cafes. Big thanks to Dave for hosting! We look forward to the weekend every year.
