like the history of australia; a story of land taken from the under privileged and sold off to the rich. The history, families, connections, bulldozed rather than solve the issues. My heart aches everytime I see this piece of land. Buy your villa that covers the history of mikal way. A history wiped away with little trace left. Mt friends are dead; like the houses that we made memories in.
a lovely looking over 55's community in a semi secluded area that is fully fenced in, the houses and community facilities look nice. the only problem is it backs on to a swamp and is actually located in Booragul not Marmong point, they called it Marmong waters to "up sell" it. its located between local schools, Marmong marina and the swamp. the area was originally the location of the Booragul town houses which was a very bad area back in the 90's, due to the negative stigma the government housing department moved every one o... read more
