From the second I stepped inside, I was greeted with a beautiful tableau and enveloped with a warm, inviting vibe. I was greeted just as warmly by Deb, the shop owner, who chatted with me as I browsed. She's got the level of attentiveness just right-- she's lovely and engaging, anticipating customer needs (like offering the fitting room, if you're looking to try on their cute selection of vintage clothing) while also giving you room to explore the gorgeously-curated boutique. A beautifully curated little quirky shop with gazillions of little treasures. I was there at Christmas time and it was simply gorgeous to step into the shop and discover all the baubles and decorations.
This was my first time ordering from Marmalade . I ordered 6 items and overjoyed with 5 of the items but very unhappy with the 6th item. I ordered the Pimpernel Sprays that looked fantastic and would fit right in with my decor. They in no way were the item they posted and what I received. I have contacted them and awaiting an answer for returning on their nickel. I have attached the picture they advertised and what I received. Left is what they advertised, right is what I got.
