Mom lives here and although it is a good looking place there are issues. Cannot obtain a comfortable temperature in her room as it is always to hot. Unit is set to 67 degrees and her room is 80 degrees. They have been struggling with staffing and management turnover. Not sure what the issue is. Last night we talked to mom who was waiting to eat at almost 7pm. They are supposed to be served at 5:30pm. She was frustrated and ready to give up and eat snacks in her room. Wow & Wow!! Look no further if in need of active senior living for a parent or loved one. My initial research of Marlton Gardens was quickly responded by Cindy Sher, community sales. Her kind & caring approach for the welfare of my mom and her needs was overwhelming. Our family was looking for a place that would help bring back my mom’s enthusiasm to live again. Initial experience with Marlton Gardens facility and staff was exceptional. A chapter in life with a parent who is looking for a place to live, meet new people and find comfort in a place to call home is difficult on the entire family. However, Cindy and John from Marlton Gardens embrace this with all their heart! Cindy was so friendly and informative with the process and John was extremely inviting to my mother and our family. My father recently moved to Marlton Gardens and we could not be happier. His apartment, building and grounds are Beautifully kept. The staff could not be more gracious and helpful. He is enjoying himself so much with the friendships that he is making so far. Best decision!
It’s been quite a project to find my father a place to live where he would find companionship, comfort and security. Marlton Gardens was that place. Cindy, the sales representative, was very patient with my dad and met with us quite a few times, to show him around.
