Dr. Sciamanna changed my life. For five years I had radiating leg pain that started at my lower back and I felt like I was dragging my leg through sludge. I tried everything other than acupuncture and nothing gave me any relief. She did a very thorough assessment, was never in a rush, and really understood exactly the pain that I was describing. She was very honest about we will know in a few sessions if Accupuncture was going to help me or not and fortunately for me I was a fast responder! She also was very honest about wha... read more

I have had 5 lumbar spine acupuncture treatments with Dr Sciamanna. I was in severe low back pain and sciatic nerve pain radiating all the way to my foot. I feel so much better since coming for my treatments. I am on a limited income but make sure I budget for my treatments because they have improve the quality of my life. My pain level has gone from a 7-8 to a 4. I have had one or two short flare ups but besides that have been feeling more pressure than pain in my lower back. I have had acupuncture before at 2 different pla... read more

After a couple years of getting no relief, I asked my Orthopedic doctor for other options and she recommended Dr. Sciamanna. From my first consult... read more

I’m a physician. Have had cervical neck pain in past. Meds, steroid injections and p t did not help. Dr Sciamanna treated the area 3 years ago. Have had NO recurrence since. About one year later i had a severe plantar fasciitis in my foot. Meds, physical therapy, and finally a consult with a Rothman orthopedist. He had a boot made for me and told me I would have a chronic issue. I saw dr Sciamanna. After a series of treatments i have had NO problem with the problem. In both cases i am not receiving any periodic therapy. I wo... read more
