I had a root canal done at Marlow Valley Smiles, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The whole team was warm and comforting, and the office has such a calm, welcoming vibe that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Uppal was incredibly thorough and such a perfectionist and you rarely find that level of patience in a dentist. I had a fantastic hygienist appointment with Ella, she was professional, gentle, and incredibly thorough. It made the whole experience so comfortable and reassuring. The surgery itself is absolutely lovely, bright, clean, and clearly well looked after. The new owners have done a wonderful job, and you can really feel the positive atmosphere they’ve created. I've been using this dental practice for many years. It's been through some changes over the years with various different dentist's and different owners. However I feel like the team who are there currently are really great. They take the time to explain everything and I don't feel like they are pushing for a "sale" of unnecessary work. They are on the pricey side but I feel it's a quality service when I go. Would definitely recommend.

I recently visited Marlow Valley Smiles with extreme gum infection, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly kind and reassuring. Dr Satnam and nurse Timi were exceptionally gentle, taking their time to explain what was happening and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Overall all the staff we have contact with seem lovely. Karnan - Kind and caring, a lovely man, has done some super work to rescue my teeth. Timi - Considerate and gentle nurse, who also doubles on reception and has a warm greeting for everyone. Ela - Did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth and teaching me how to brush and clean properly. Ghazal - Kind and gentle and very attentive support to Ela.
