I went to Marlo Funiture store to get a living room set on black Friday. Ms. Veronica, the sales lady took me around, making sure that I was satisfied by getting exactly what I was looking for and I got an extra discount when she took me to see the "best manager of the year," Mr. Pirooz. This was my first time going into this Marlo location and I must say I was quite surprised at how well the customer service was because I've heard terrible things. A female by the name of Christal Fuller helped me when I arrived at the front desk, she was very polite and patient with me. My card declined a couple of times and her attitude remained professional. She kept a smile the entire time. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone based solely upon her customer service
I wanted to put this on yelp.com. bit your site is just as good. My representative was Lynelle. (Forestville, MD). He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Marlo furniture.
