Avoid. Not responsive after I successfully applied and approved for payment deferment due to Covid. I've messaged them several times and still getting payment pulled monthly.
Fellow equipment buyers....do not use this company....we purchased a trackhoe from them with the cost of $28,900.00. It was stolen from the jobsite and upon getting the payoff the amount we were told we financed $45,709.97. Customer service could only tell us that it was NC sales tax which was only $3200....they cannot tell us what the other was far. Basically lied upfront and no details of loan, my fault for believing and not reading... nevertheless, was told I could refinance and save about $3-5k in interest which is insane as to why you would have to pay that anyway especially when you make it perfectly clear upfront that you’ll pay the loan off in full if they can understand the misconception I was given by the “loan officer” ...... never got a call back , was contacted for survey and overall satisfaction with experience as to which I explained to them my problems wi... read more
