We payed off our loan in full. We signed the agreement letter on 12-10-18 and sent it back. We were told they would release the lien and send us our title back and a paid in full letter. We were told we would told we would receive it in 10 days. We called them 3 times, each time they admitted it was their mistake and told us the lien would be released immediately and we would receive the title within 5 days. I only give one star because I can't give it 0 stars. Beware of this company. Everyone knows title loan companies are out for one thing- money. But if you are here because you are considering using this company- DO NOT! Find another company. Because if you fall into hardship & call to make arrangements for your payment, they will claim to have "no notes on your file" and take your car within a day. And you will be left to pay 3x your loan plus thousands of dollars in fees to get your vehicle. They have no empathy, they will ... read more

They should put their customer service skills in a manual and share them with other service providers.
