Nightmare service. Invoicing is incorrect and they constantly add late fees. With years of requests they are still unable to correct their late fees. I'm trying to cancel and even this has been difficult. Avoid this company at all costs and save yourself hours of headache.
I had a very disappointing experience with Celeste, the customer service manager at PEAC Solutions in Mt. Laurel, NJ. During our conversation, she was rude and dismissive on the phone, which made it extremely difficult to get my issue resolved. Despite my efforts to explain the problem clearly, it was neglected and left unresolved. I have done a several leases with PEAC/Marlin over the years. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Kali on a working capital loan. If you know you know, trying to get a working capital loan out there with decent terms and rates is nearly impossible in fact I like to refer to them as Guido Loans, they act like the mob! The customer support is HORRIBLE. When this copier lease ends, we never want to do business with them again. I surely hope the firm that we used to acquire the copier ends its relationship with this place. The support person was short-tempered and rude, and after resolving my issue, just hung up the telephone. I'm not sure how they stay in business.
