The customer support is HORRIBLE. When this copier lease ends, we never want to do business with them again. I surely hope the firm that we used to acquire the copier ends its relationship with this place. The support person was short-tempered and rude, and after resolving my issue, just hung up the telephone. I'm not sure how they stay in business. Not transparency in their statements or communication. Be ware of hidden fees.
Being in business for 20 years, this is the worset lending service. The statement the sent does not any details for what are paying for. They charged me 200$ each month for the length of the loas as an “insurance for the equipment that I bought which is already insured under my business insurance and they refused to wave that fee or refund it. Do yourself a favor and find a proper lending institution.
I have called and cannot get thru. leave messages, no body calls back. email directly to customer service, rarely get a response. Emailed through online portal cannot get a response. I moved several years ago and they wont update my address. 1 account has closed but I have never heard anything about that unit from them. Now my auto pay has stopped working from my bank account and am getting letters that im past due with late fees. Nobody has helped me correct the issue on their side. Absolutely the worst customer service.
