It was a pleasure living in Marlin Cove until they changed the property management company (Sares-Regis Group) early 2016. While the previous stuff were friendly and helpful, the new management company seems to have no interest in making you feel convenient and happy living here, all they care about is making money from you. The main door and all other doors to the apartments are always open making it unsafe. They sell themselves as gated which they aren't. The cleanliness is horrible here.
