I spoke with Todd Marley and told him I wanted to purchase silver for a specific $ amount. The spot price the day I called was in a certain vicinity. He told me he'd call me when he had the silver in hand. A week later he calls and tells me that he wants an amount of $7 over the spot price of the day I ordered the silver.
