My mom has been living at Marlborough Place in Long Sault for almost two years now, and our family couldn’t be happier. We visit her every week, and the place is always clean, welcoming, and full of friendly faces. The owners, staff, and PSWs are so kind and caring, and they really treat her with respect and compassion. My brother moved in a few months ago. His quality of life has improved drastically. He is healthier mentally and physically. When I have had concernes I reached out to the management and they took action immediately. Naz, Zee and all their staff aren't just there to do a job . They really care about all the residents. I strongly suggest if anyone is looking for a place for a loved one to stop by and see just how wonderful it is. Be sure to look at the pics of Bee Meadow Zoo visiting and the residents enjoying themselves. It really is a wonderful place and I am so thankful to be a part of it.
We have our Aunte here at marlborough 4, my aunt is happy and safe, the staff and the owners are so caring, we are able to reach out to them 24/7 with any concerns, the place is so clean and well cared for, we were referred to them from several different nurses and social workers, glad we chose them.
