I called and left a message and never received a call back. That is an immediate red flag if you can't be bothered to reply, even if with just a text, then you don't want my business. Come to your own conclusions, but I will never attempt to engage with his office ever again.
Í have a court case coming up and received a letter from Mr. Marlatt. Apparently court records are public and anyone can access them. I called his office and spoke to a pleasant young lady, thus two stars instead of one. I made an appointment for a free consultation in Delaware. Apparently the initial consultation is not free if done over the phone. Marlatt was alone in the office when I arrived and I started filling out the paperwork.
