OMG! Talk about customer service! Billy was exceptional! I wish I had money for a tip! He was courteous and confident! It had been a miserable morning for me put talking to the dispatcher, I don’t think I got her name, she helped me feel less anxious. Spoke with her a couple of times because GEICO just was not getting it! Finally, Thanks to her and Billy, the car is taken care of! Hey, Marky’s Towing, you could teach on Customer Service! You would make bank! Thanks so much!

Locked myself out of my car when I stopped to get gas and my insurance company dispatched Marky’s Super Tow. They were super quick, Cole was the guy who came to help me, and he got me back into my car before I even had to worry about the safety of my dogs who were stuck inside. Very professional and kind.
