Everyone was super nice when I locked myself out of my car I can easily see why they were recommended to me
Quick to pick up car and drop at dealer, friendly and fast. Didn’t pay my roadside assistance covers tows, but I assume they are all about the same price.
My car died in the middle of the road tonight and I called Marky's because of a previous positive experience. They said they would get someone over there quickly and sure enough, Kris arrived promptly. He was friendly, efficient, helpful, and respectful. I definitely recommend these guys to help you out when you're in a jam!
OMG! Talk about customer service! Billy was exceptional! I wish I had money for a tip! He was courteous and confident! It had been a miserable morning for me put talking to the dispatcher, I don’t think I got her name, she helped me feel less anxious. Spoke with her a couple of times because GEICO just was not getting it! Finally, Thanks to her and Billy, the car is taken care of! Hey, Marky’s Towing, you could teach on Customer Service!
