I was greeted by Maria when entering. I had picked a chair I liked online. They didn't have it in the store but she directed me to similar chairs so I could see how it felt sitting on it. I mentioned that I wished I could see it on person. She then said they had similar chairs that you could pick from fabric samples they had (and they had a great variety). We’ve been doing business with Markson’s Furniture for the past three years, and they’ve been consistently great to work with. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which makes the whole experience easy. We’ve purchased several pieces, and the quality has been excellent. Delivery and follow-up have always been smooth and reliable. If you’re looking for a trustworthy local furniture store, I’d definitely recommend them.
Outstanding Personal and Professional Assistance, not pushed while looking over several options. Very helpful in deciding on our selection w/ multiple ideas and styles. They have Employees that deliver the items/furniture and they were truly careful and conscientious while moving around the house. Very polite employee experience.
