we recently shopped at the West Ridge Rd location. I was told it would take 7 to 10 business days for the couch to arrive. When that time had passed, I called the store to speak to a manager. I was polite, and was just asking if the couch could be delivered any sooner. The manager was very rude to me, and my couch ended up being a week late.
