He has no personality and has no intention to help you. Don't know why he is in business because he only does the type of work he wants to do...he don't try to help you with what you need him for furniture wise. Was left on hold for 15 minutes and I guess he had no reason to pick the phone back up and went on his way. Good luck to anyone that uses him. I give you lots of luck.
