Mark is friendly, fast, and experienced. My company had a very negative experience filing with another tax partner that left us with a big mess and but Mark was able to take over and help us out in a timely manner and at a much better price. I look forward to using his services in the future
I've used Mark for almost 20 years and have overall been happy with his service, that is until now. Recently my spouse found out from the state tax board that her past 3 years of tax returns where not officially re-submitted after the state requested other items. My spouse signed off on what we thought was the final returns and paid Mark for the services and submissions to the IRS and state.
