I gotta say if you are getting a card for anyone as well as a holiday or birthday gift this is the place to come to. This place speaks volumes and the customer service here is 5 star. The people there are helpful and will help you select as well as find you the right price for the occasion which helps during this current economy. A wide selection. Definitely my place to come to for getting cards and gifts for every occasion.
Friendly staff but this location gets pretty crowded around releases and holidays.
Always a fun stop in the mall. Seasonally updated, always clean and organized, and the staff are extremely friendly. It’s like stepping into a holiday snow globe of fun and warmth. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a little brightness in this otherwise dark world.
Although I enjoy shopping at Hallmark, I do have feedback about one thing. Can management get front store employees up to speed on using the Hallmark app? It's 2025 and I continuously run into Hallmark employees at various locations that look at me like a deer in headlights when I ask them to scan my member card from my hallmark app. The app has been up and running for quite a while and it's flabergasting that employees don't understand how to use it.
