Called and they provided cell phone number to text to arrange scheduling. Texted back immediately and arranged a day that was within a weeks timeframe. Made rearrangements in own schedule to be there when they wanted to come. Ten minutes past time they were suppose to be there and still no show. Texted to find out how late they were running or if they forgot, and received text back stating they were not coming, were still on a job an hour away.
