Pre-Booked Measure booked today for 4pm. Lady called Annie was ready & waiting upon my arrival. So helpful and knowledgable, made me feel so comfortable. Would definitely recommend Annie for fitting and measuring for us ladies.
The toilets are dirty and disgusting. The store has the image of being up market. This clearly does not include cleanliness.
Nice new store but big of a shambles with the whole shop floor setting. Everything is squashed together, wrong hanger size on items and feels like a mission to find a simple item. The food side is very nice, tidy and good amount of stock and lots of yellow stickers!
Called in on the way out of the shopping centre for a snack, we wanted to pay cash and be served by a cashier on a till. The mature lady ( the only staff member in sight ) attending the till informed me abruptly she was unable to serve me as she was busy maintaining the till, I asked if she could find another staff member to serve me as I do not use self checkout, she reluctantly agreed to serve me, she was rude and her attitude was terrible. Please contact me for her ID number and to explain why I was treated this way?
Last minute suit purchase, Krista and Amir were excellent, extremely helpful and patient, Amir sifted through all different sizes and fits and got me fixed up. Thank you very much to both of you.🙂👍
