My experience with this firm was extremely disappointing. They were disorganized and failed to listen to or properly review the information I repeatedly provided. Nothing was handled in a timely manner — I ended up having to gather documents and coordinate with my employer on my own just to move my claim forward. Communication from my case manager was poor, and there was little sense of urgency or accountability. Overall, I found their service to be unprofessional and unhelpful. Professional, thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. My father was their client and they were amazing throughout the process. Unfortunately my father passed away before the case was closed. Julissa was so kind to not only send her condolences but continued to assist to let my mother know what needed to be done to continue to fight for my father’s case. Highly recommend their services.
