BUYER BEWARE!!!! They've had my case for about 5 years, and in that 5 years I've heard from them only 2 or 3 times. I just read a review from Josh Gersten, posted just 3 weeks ago. I have the same problems as he has. This firm stays in contact with you for about a month. After that, you're lucky to get an update on your case once per year(and thats very generous).
