The owner made an agreement to hire me as 1099. I didn’t hit his unrealistic goals in Q1, so he decided to let me go. Fine, but I sold enough to cover my entire draw for the 1st quarter. And he decided to hold back $3,150 until I give him all the info on prospects and until one client I brought to him paid another $9,000. This was not part of the legal agreement and legally I have the right to sue but is it worth the trouble…? I don’t know.
