I would not recommend this credit union. I opened an account and did a remote deposit for $25 and the credit union put a 15 day hold on a $25 check. I deposited the check on 8/21 and the check cleared my bank the night I wrote but, the credit union will not release the hold even though I sent a snip of the cleared check. I was told the hold wouldn’t be released until 9/13 all over a $25 check. I think that’s excessive since checks clear really fast nowadays. Very rude and unprofessional. I came in to make a deposit and left my card inside of the ATM. When I came back a black lady came out and was really loud and nasty about their policy calling she never seen me when I was in their drive thru on all their cameras. Another black lady was behind the counter laughing. Needless to say I won't be returning.
Always friendly, helpful, just great people.
