The rates and products are great. I was very excited initially about doing business with Market USA FCU, but the rate was the end of my pleasant experience. If you never need support, you will probably enjoy this company but seeking customer support has been the single MOST FRUSTRATING experience I've ever had with a company I pay money to. So hard to get things done over the phone.
I recently purchased a van and their interest rate Was too high. I contacted Market USA and they were quick, efficient and had a better rate. I am thankful for Market USA service and look forward to doing business with them. Thank you.
Market USA is a great credit Union, someone tried to hack my debit card. Then, I received the new card and everything I tried to connect to it doesn't support it this is such an inconvenience since their conversion they need to fix this ASAP
