Very disappointed with the prepared food customer service and the manager response. Being first in line doesn’t mean you get first service. My family have been loyal customers since this store opened. If they don’t appreciate our business then it’s time to move to HEB.
Love this grocery store. I've found that many of the items I buy at Market Street cost a bit more than at other stores...but it is soooo worth it. The store is extremely clean and well-designed, and all of the employees are very helpful and friendly. Good luck trying to carry out your own bags...they insist on doing it for you, which is awesome. I love all their fresh-made food as well, in the deli, bakery, etc. They're the best in town for freshness and selection.
Great Produce! Market Street is my new favorite grocery store. They have a wonderful deli and produce selection and as an added bonus, they also carry regular brands of grocery store items as well.

This store has a great selection of Ready Meals: ready to heat & eat or ready to cook. Excellent for busy people! They also have products that we can’t find in other grocery stores, like Marshmallow Fluff from Massachusetts. Their STREETside personal shopper service is excellent! Order online and pickup, or have delivered. Everything is fresh, and customer service is top notch!
As a long standing and loyal customer, I’ve been so disappointed at the Park and Preston location in Plano during this pandemic. Numerous curbside trips resulted in employees placing only half of my order in the trunk of my car. They left the other half in a bin in the store and did not apologize. When I later decided to venture inside I found an employee in the meat market out in the store aisle without a mask although the governor has asked we all wear a mask. they do not enforce wearing masks. they do not care about protecting their customers from covid19. they would not make a customer wear a mask or ask then to leave, even though they have a sign out front stating no mask, not allowed in stores. Market Street only pretends to care.
