I just wanted to acknowledge the incredible employees here! I witnessed a very rude and unruly customer bully a few cashiers and a manager today after taking her full grocery cart through the cafe line, and they all handled it with such grace and patience. The manager did everything he could to rectify it with this customer but she did not respond to reason and continued to escalate the situation.
