These people are unprofessional and difficult to work with! We’ve had two appointments canceled in less than 24 hour period which says to me that they don’t value this new client’s business! How do you run a business like that your first impression is not something you can get a redo on and you’ve left us with the impression that you don’t value anybody’s business. Your time is way more important than theirs. I hope you take this and change your ways because that is absolutely unprofessional.
