This store is smaller than Westgates old location. The cashier's are unfriendly as if you're bothering them when trying to check out. The frozen seafood is freezer burnt. How long are you going to freeze the seafood? It tastes terrible due to it being frozen too long. The seafood tastes dry and bland, no flavor at all. I go to other locations.
It's so much nicer than the one on Delaware Ave. I have to take the bus, but it's well stocked, organized, and has a lot more options. Also, the employees are much nicer and more respectful. I haven't had any problems asking for help here! It's just so refreshing compared to the one!
Customer Service is Above and Beyond, Especially in Self Service Check Out, I'm always in a Rush during my Lunch Break & Mr Young, Saves The Day Every Time, He is a Asset to your Store & Customers, I would also like to mention Calvin in Hot Foods & Meat Lovers Pizza
