There service and costumer service sucks food is overpriced they only have one register open and nobody around for the bottle service area there machine constantly full area dirty disgusting
Rude employees that think EVERYONE IS STEALING.
You have to understand Albany to understand this grocery store. Albany is a food desert. As far as I’m aware, this is the only major grocery store in the city limits. They have no real competition. If you need to go to the grocery store and you are in downtown Albany, this is where you will go if you don’t want to leave downtown Albany. I’ve never seen a grocery store charge a premium price but you can’t take your groceries to your car because they put in barriers to stop the carts from going into the parking lot and it obvious that they take advantage of low income families with produce that no other store would leave on the shelves today I had to stop there on the way home with my wife to buy cherry tomatoes and not one pack wasn’t rotted and the girl working produce tried to make my wife feel bad but my amazing wife showed her 2 out of 18 packs weren’t r... read more
I came in to grocery shop with my 6 month old (single mom here) and of course like all babies, I needed to change her and also use the bathroom myself before shopping. I walked all the way around the store 3x before finally asking someone where the rest room was. They said that there is no public rest room and I’m like there isn’t?
