I have purchased 4 different boats with Monique and Carey at Marker 5. They are personable, they are thorough and they put their customers first. They are a pleasure to work with. I will continue to use them for any of my boat/recreational loans. Highly recommend them.
Long still taking forever, no communication. I have called Monique several times for an update and nothing, I was approved for 50K and when found what I want it to buy for 30K then my income was not enough, I asked Monique why and she ignored my question.
I almost didn't use Marker5 for my boat loan because of their review ratings. I decided to give them a call due to their convenient location. I'm sure glad I did! Carey & Monique were incredibly helpful, courteous, patient and always provided prompt replies to my endless calls & e-mails... I shopped around for better rates & fees, and Marker5 beat all those highly acclaimed 4.5 star rated brokers (over on the 'other coast') especially in the courtesy & communication department! Give them a call, you won't be disappointed...
Longer terms and better rates than the CU. Monique and Carey are excellent to work with. Look forward to the next one!
