They also have the low rates and several programs helping first time homebuyers. Mark always is quick to help me everytime I need help or have any questions. If I can give more than 5 stars I would. We switched our lender halfway through our escrow and Mark picked up the ball and got us through faster, and better than we could ever have imagined. We are a military family and have purchased several homes over the years. We have worked with numerous mortgage brokers and never received the level of expertise Mark provided. He exceeded our expectations - going above and beyond! In the past 25 years we have never had anyone explain all aspects in such detail, share requirements/rules about loans (things we never knew), he gave us a variation of loan scenarios, and answered all our questions throughout the process.
