Mark was a great help to us as my son and his family did an assumption loan on a home they were purchasing. He was so good to answer questions and assist with the many requests and forms associated with a loan assumption. He also was so good to help with the many questions of a first time home buyer. Mark knows and has so many resources and connections affiliated with the home buying process. He is a great honest man to work with.
