Fun place to go
Food was horrible, overcooked, they didn't have half of their menu in stock. As bad as the food was, the service was worse. Never got condiments or any refills on drinks. After 20 minutes of waiting for a refill or the check, we had to go to counter to get our bill. They weren't even busy, maybe 12 customers in total in the restaurant. And to top it off, it was way over priced for quality and quantity. 0/10 will never return
Came for lunch and to play some slots. Table was not clean. Sat for 12 min watche him serve 5 other costumers before coming to us. Almost left. finally got to order food. They still never cleaned table. Totally screwed up my order. Never brought my wife's water. Demanded to speak to management he call security. Security asked me what was going on and I told him I asked for management. So he called security on me like a chicken. Management came over. He took me food back and still screwed it up. Mark Twain Casino in Lagrange Mo is my favorite casino to play slots. They have great service, a wide variety of slots, very clean, and good security inside and in parking area. I usually win there and they have great promotions and prizes. All in all I would give them a 5 star rating!!
