We will NEVER deal with ANY house that has a MARK SPAIN name in front of it again! Our realtor had to keep waiting ridiculous amounts of time to get any answers back, while we were in negotiations. Plus we found out, our realtor must’ve not have ever been talking to the ACTUAL REALTOR listed on the property! Michael did a nice job for us with a very difficult buyer in a very difficult market.
I would never use Mark Spain again. They are basically a bait and switch, they will give you a lowball offer or they will sell your home. If you take the lowball offer, they will offer you 1/2 in cash, and 1/2 when they sell your home. [ you still have to pay a 3% realtor fee ] My realtor has failed to sell my home, and even lied about doing an open house for my home, which she was never here. Not recommended at all.
