Company a fraud. They don't have honest communications or even review properties. Just take 50% what zillow says which is usually low and offer hoping someone is stupid or desperate. Real bottom feeders..
Can I give them zero stars? Dishonest, dishonest, fake, dishonest. Had them come to my house (one year old), and after a few days said that they couldn't get any offers. Instead, they offered to list it at 7% commission and said they'd probably have it sold within 90 days. I went with another realtor that sold it in two weeks for 4 1/2% commission. Stay away from these dishonest 'realtors'.
