Mark Spain Realty in my experience is not at all like the commercials you hear on radio and television. first off trying to buy a home from them, no agents available both times i reached out to see a home. second after i got my own agent to see the home the Mark Spain Agent could not remember the code made us try 7 times different till we had success. third they rope you into using their own title company so they can make even more $ off you, which isn't even located in Florida, same difficulty reaching them. fourth the fina... read more

My selling realtor was Jessica Brown and she was very involved from day one providing guidance on list price for the house based on the surrounding market data as well as negotiating with buying agents to reach a fair price for both parties. Was very communicative from beginning until even after the property sold. Highly recommend.
