My selling realtor was Jessica Brown and she was very involved from day one providing guidance on list price for the house based on the surrounding market data as well as negotiating with buying agents to reach a fair price for both parties. I called Mark Spain Realty after seeing a home in Orlando that I was very interested in. I specifically asked to speak with the agent, Megan Hedricks, but instead I was connected to a customer service representative. She began asking me numerous questions about why I needed to speak with the agent. I was confused, as I simply wanted to schedule an appointment to see the home.
