I've had a profound breathwork session facilitated by Mark to a small group today. I would recommend that everyone tries a breathwork session at least once in life. For me, the last two and this one with Mark are part of my personal growth journey and one of many ways I have learned to look after my holistic health. Mark creates a pleasant and safe space that is easily accessible and affordable. I will definitely be back.
Attended Marks breathwork session not entirely sure what to expect as I have never explored this before. The experience was incredible and Marks gentle support to guide and keep me on track allowed me to become fully immersed into a meditative state. An almost surreal journey of being both present and separated from the body that I am very keen to explore again. I recommend this to everyone but especially those with an open mind to spirituality and present state exploration
