Mark is the best at what he does! If you are an active person, I highly recommend his massages! I’ve been going to Mark for over a year and he has helped me improve on my flexibility, muscle soreness and pain, and over muscle health. He also gives me ideas on what muscles/stretches to do day-to-day at home as well!
Mark is the BEST!!! I have been seeing Mark for a few years now and I refuse to go anywhere else. As a dental hygienist I am always putting myself into awkward positions and am constantly causing strain to my body.
