I paid Mark Rubinstein $2000 as a retainer to represent me on a traffic case. My case never got filed with the courts and when I showed up for court I was surprised they had no such case with my name. Mark then pocketed the (in my opinion) un-earned $2000. When I later asked for my money back he has been ignoring my calls and my messages I leave with his receptionist. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to finally get a refund.
