Went in for a “free” consultation. Was convinced to get set up with their online app for $25/month as it seemed worth a shot to help me handle some expenses. After a couple days using the app, I found it to be completely useless. I went in and told the receptionist to cancel my plan so I wasn’t changed and she said she’d tell Mark and Ben as they weren’t in. Yesterday I just received a random invoice for $150 from this shady office and they won’t respond to any messages. Stay FAR away from this place.
Honest, straightforward, and knowing are all great traits a CPA should be described with. Mark and his office are truly my go-to's for all of my financial questions.
