I have gone to Mark for the majority of my collegiate career on the Marist Men’s Lacrosse team and he has been essential to performance on the field. I play for the Marist Men’s lacrosse team and was dealing with a bad hamstring pull from the season. I went to Mark just to try and loosen up my body as a whole to help with the recovery process. After a few weeks since my session, it is safe to say that he helped me a TON. My injury is subsiding and I truly believe it was because of the session I had with him. Mark Pukmel's lymph drainage therapy truly works. Even on the table, I could feel new energy developing as he slowly and skillfully stimulated my drainage pathways. I have neuropathy in my feet and over the next 24 hours I could feel a sensitivity that wasn't there before. I have been seeing Mark Pukmel for 2 years for massage therapy. He is by far the best therapist I have ever been to. I recently went to him for lymphatic drainage therapy. It was the most healing experience of my life. The day after this I was pain free from my arthritis, fibromyalgia, and all around aches and pains. I highly recommend this to anyone who is suffering.
