My experience with him was absolutely horrid. The way he spoke to me and I only had spoken to him once previously in about 5 or more months was ridiculous. He didn't know who I was nor had he reviewed anything about my case despite me not being at fault. He even attempted to shush me and told me I needed to "listen to him" as though I was his child.
