Mark made the loan process very easy and convenient for us as first‑time homebuyers. We handled everything from home except for closing, and he was always available to take my calls, answer questions, and give really helpful feedback. He’s trustworthy and clearly cares about his clients. His assistant, Jessica, was amazing too, she kept me organized with reminders and made sure I was prepared for closing. I can’t recommend them enough.
He does not reach out to clients in a timely manner. Will never be recommending again.
