We had a very negative experience with this company. They were more than helpful when we first contacted them about an inherited IRA. Later, when they found out we were moving the money to another firm, they became MUCH less helpful and decidedly less friendly. Communication was spotty and a substantial charge suddenly â??showed upâ?? for moving our money.
