Mark is an exceptional therapist. He helped my husband with a double bulging disc through weekly massage and advice on exercises to do at home. The cortisone injections he’d been advised to have by a specialist did not work at all and he was so grateful to have Mark to help him through gargantuan pain. Mark has also helped my own sciatic issues. A year ago when he touched me I would almost have to push his hands away. Since then, I have been known to nod off. Mark fit me in at late notice after I hurt my back. He is one of the best masseurs I've been to. Very intuitive in knowing what to work on and very thorough and great pressure. He will be my go-to masseuse from now on.
