Very poor experience with this photography company. They failed to send me the proof of my son’s school photo, so I had to take the initiative to follow up. I first tried using the chat box on their website, but never received a reply. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told that expecting a response through the chat was “pointless” because no one monitors it.
