Mark was always nice to deal with and competent. Reasonable prices and helping each step of the process.
Very poor experience. Does not return calls or emails. Very unprofessional. I had to find another lawyer during the transaction. Save yourself the headache and use another lawyer.
Beware. I did not get the due diligence service from Mark Lathem who was supposed to protect my interests. At first, the lawyer forgot to request cap on the closing costs from the builder's lawyer on a new condo purchase agreement, as a result I had to overpay way above average market price on development fees. Secondly, builder overestimated the property tax almost by 100%, after I've got my first property tax bill and wanted get a refund from builder my lawyer simply kept ignoring my requests for half a year, after multipl... read more
