Mark Russo took my case pro bono while volunteering at Legal Aid in Portland Maine in 2002. He did a comprehensive and thorough job for me, driving several hours north to meet w me several times. We did win a settlement, allowing me to pay Mark. I highly recommend Mark Russo.
Had a great time talking to Karen Fox in person. She was very nice. However, when she sent emails she was not nice at all. Demeaning to me and my husband. What a waste of 250.00 to basically say you can't file paperwork. You won't get approved. To be treated kindly and person and terribly through emails. I am so offended by this. So please don't waste your money if you want to be treated as if your a low class citizen.
