Very inconciderate, would not listen to ANYTHING I said, and when I accused the "cop" about him lying he looks away AND put his head down! Now im not no Stanford graduate I could clearly see he was lying.... But I quess when u hear the judge mumble to the cop before the hearing "Ooo I've had this one before" it kinda makes u think ur screwed from before u even walk into the court room.
